We want to hear about your outdoor adventures! Write a blog post about anything related to your experiences in the outdoors. Since this is pretty broad, here are some ideas to get you started:
- Your favorite backpacking expedition or camping trip
- A close call you’ve had in the outdoors (or how you helped someone)
- Your favorite hiking trail and why it’s awesome
- An experience you had in the back country
- A climbing/hiking/skiing/white water rafting story
- Highlights from a recent hunting/fishing trip
- A great tip or trick related to camping, backpacking, or anything else outdoors
Requirements:
- Write a unique post (original and not published anywhere else) that is related to the outdoors
- All blog posts need to be published on your site
- Blog Posts must be at least 500 words in length
- We like pictures – but they’re not required
- Submit your post by January 9, 2012 to www.511Tactical.com/Adventure
We will pick 6 finalists (1 grand prize and 5 runner ups). After the finalists have been chosen, we will contact all blog contributors by email to let you know. The fans of 5.11 Tactical will then vote on the posts to select a Grand Prize Winner.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive a collection of gear perfect for the next outdoor adventure.
